3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder must be a legal person or other organization responding to the bidding. The domestic bidder must provide a copy of the business license loaded with the unified social credit code (three certificates in one or five certificates in one) and affix the fresh seal of the bidder. The foreign bidder must provide a copy of the registration certificate and affix the fresh seal. The bid evaluation committee reserves the right to review the original.
2) If the agent bids, the manufacturer's power of attorney shall be provided.
3) The bidder shall provide the domestic sales performance in recent three years and provide the list of users.
4) The Bidder shall provide at least 3 successful implementation case of the equipment in the domestic fuel injection system industry (diesel) in recent three years, and provide a copy of the contract (the price part or other sensitive information can be hidden) or a valid certificate stamped by the manufacturer.
5) The original or copy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder's Bank of deposit within three months before the bid opening date.
6) Before bidding, the bidder must successfully register on www.btsjjd.com and complete the annual inspection. Otherwise, the bidder will not be able to effectively enter the bidding process and bear the consequences.
7) Potential bidders who do not receive and purchase the bidding documents from the bidding agency are not allowed to participate in the bidding.
